Compass Tenders delivers two tenders to 88m Angelique

Compass Tenders supplies two custom tenders to Angelique

Compass Tenders has delivered two full‑custom tenders to the new 87.7‑metre Turquoise Yachts superyacht Angelique. The pair—an 8.7‑metre limousine and a 10‑metre beach landing craft—were built to complement the yacht’s styling and operational requirements and were handed over following Angelique’s delivery in May of this year.

The tenders will accompany Angelique as she makes public appearances, including attendance at the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show. Their commission forms part of the yacht’s outfitting package and supports both guest transfer and recreational operations alongside the flagship vessel.

Design and styling: H2 Yacht Design influence on limousine

The 8.7‑metre limousine was developed in collaboration with H2 Yacht Design to mirror Angelique’s exterior language. Notable shared cues include a sweeping coachroof profile, similarly shaped windows and matching air intake treatments, which together create a coherent visual relationship between tender and mothership.

Interior detailing on the limousine reflects the same considered approach: speakers are concealed within the panelling and the upholstered roof and aft wall panels incorporate soft lighting to produce an intimate onboard environment. These elements prioritise comfort and refinement while maintaining the vessel’s clean aesthetic.

Performance, propulsion and passenger capacity of tenders

The limousine is powered by a single Yanmar 8LV370 diesel marine engine, provides a top speed of 32 knots and is configured to carry 12 passengers plus two crew. Its arrangement is focused on sheltered, comfortable transfers and short‑range passenger duties in line with typical limousine tender roles.

The 10‑metre beach landing craft is driven by twin Yanmar 8LV370 diesel marine engines and reaches a top speed of 34 knots. Its layout and propulsion are arranged for beach and water‑sports support, with emphasis on easy access, load handling and shore operations.

Twin custom tenders enhance Angelique and Turkish pedigree

The beach landing craft is characterised by a hydraulic bow door for forward boarding, bow seating and a deeply cushioned sun pad above the engine bay. A fixed T‑top bimini shades the helm and is designed to compress for garage stowage; boarding options include the bow door, a portside door, aft boarding from both port and starboard and access via the swim platform.

Angelique was delivered in May as Turquoise Yachts’ flagship and, according to BOATPro, represents the largest yacht built in Turkey to date by both length and volume. The two bespoke tenders both reinforce the yacht’s functional capability and the shipyard’s intent to present a fully integrated package at events such as the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show.
