About the 2020 Formula 400 Super Sport Crossover
The 400 SSC was designed to combine the performance of a high-powered sport boat with the comfort and versatility of a luxury cruiser. Measuring 40 feet in length with a 12-foot beam, the vessel features Formula’s Crossover SmartZone™ layout, creating distinct spaces for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying time on the water.
This particular example was a single-owner boat from the Northeast and had been stored indoors for more than six months of the year since new. It was also recently surveyed and presented in clean, well-maintained condition.
Powered by quad Mercury L6-400 Verado outboards, the 400 SSC delivered an impressive 1,600 horsepower combined, with approximately 411 hours at the time of listing.

The outdoor living areas included an aft U-shaped lounge with a convertible rear-facing sunpad, outdoor kitchen, molded-in cooler, and extended swim platform with a sport station.
Below deck, the 400 SSC offered the comforts of a cruiser while maintaining its open-bow design. Accommodations included a convertible dinette/sleeping berth, aft stateroom bed, private stand-up head, and entertainment galley with sink and microwave.
