RYAN GESSEL

FOUNDER & MANAGING BROKER

 

 

After more than a decade in yacht sales, Ryan Gessel launched Panacea Yacht Group to focus on delivering world-class service for the 50 to 120-foot vessel market. He is known for his relentless pursuit of the deal, with a reputation for closing difficult sales and a passion for finding creative solutions to even the most challenging transactions.

 

 

Gessel began his yacht brokerage career at Global One Yacht Sales in Belmar, New Jersey, followed by six years with Off The Hook Yacht Sales. There, he reached the top of his dealer team, gained experience in every facet of the business, and built a large network across Greater New York City. Over the years, he developed expertise in a broad range of vessel types, from center consoles and express cruisers to luxury motoryachts.

 

 

In 2024, Gessel leveraged his considerable experience and extensive national network to launch Panacea Yacht Group. With brokerage licenses in both New Jersey and Florida, Panacea serves clients up and down the East Coast, offering complete support for clients who wish to buy, sell or charter the very best pre-owned motoryachts.

JACK SARDINA

YACHT BROKER
Jack Sardina has been passionate about boating his entire life, beginning with summers in the Thousand Islands on the St. Lawrence River. His fascination started young, watching boats on the bay and working on his own as a teen. Over the years, Jack has owned everything from small speed boats to a 65-foot Hatteras sportfish, a love he shares with his wife and sons, both of whom grew up on the water—his eldest even earned a 100-ton USCG captain’s license at 19.
With extensive experience in owning, operating, and maintaining various boats, Jack now dedicates himself to helping clients find their ideal vessel, creating lasting relationships and unforgettable experiences along the way.

MATTHEW STROPES

YACHT BROKER

Matthew Stropes is an experienced yacht broker and captain with over 15 years in the yachting and boating industry. Splitting his time between Mexico, Florida, and Europe, he specializes in international yacht sales, focusing on importing premium European brands like Azimut, Benetti, Ferretti, Mangusta, Leopard, and Sunseeker to the USA, Latin America, and the Caribbean. With a vast network of contacts, he often secures sought-after yachts before they hit the market.

 

 

A passionate waterman, Matthew’s love for boating began in childhood, and he has since become an avid offshore fisherman, diver, surfer, and spearfisherman. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he combines his practical expertise, strong values, and exceptional work ethic to deliver unparalleled service and build lasting partnerships in the yachting industry.

COLIN GUDZAK

YACHT BROKER

Born and raised in New Jersey, Colin has been cruising the Barnegat Bay since he was 10 years old.  His love for the water inspired him to attend SUNY Maritime College and pursue a lifelong passion for boating.  During the offseason, he works with captains on yacht deliveries along the East Coast and throughout the Caribbean—work that he truly enjoys!

 

 

Over the years Colin has helped many friends, family members, and clients to find their dream boats.  He’s committed to working hard and utilizing all the latest digital marketing strategies to get the job done for his clients.
