when you interact with us through our websites — including panaceayachtgroup.com
and panacea-zodiac.vercel.app — through our social media properties on Facebook
and Instagram, through Meta Lead Ads, by phone, or in person at our Brielle, NJ
showroom or Fort Lauderdale, FL office — and how we use, share, and protect
that information.
## 1. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
**Information you give us directly.** When you fill out a contact form, a Meta
Lead Form on Facebook or Instagram, a sea-trial request, an inquiry by phone or
email, or any other request for information, we may collect:
– Your full name
– Email address
– Phone number
– Postal address and the marina or region where you intend to keep a boat
– Your intended use for the boat (e.g., day cruising, tender, watersports,
fishing, charter)
– Your indicative budget range
– Any other information you choose to share with us, including details about
trade-in vessels, financing preferences, or scheduling availability
**Information collected automatically.** When you visit our websites we may
collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies,
including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited,
referring URL, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
**Information from third parties.** When you submit a Meta Lead Form on
Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. provides us with the information
you authorized them to share — typically the form fields above. When you call
or message us through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, those platforms
share message content with us as part of normal operation. We may also receive
information from our customer relationship management (CRM) and email
marketing providers when you interact with our communications.
## 2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
– Respond to your inquiries about yachts, sea trials, brokerage, financing,
service, or any other request you initiate
– Send you marketing communications about new listings, brand news, upcoming
boat shows, and events — only where permitted by law and where you have not

– Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following

systems, email and SMS service providers, web hosting providers, analytics
providers, and advertising platforms (including Meta). These vendors are

details with Zodiac Nautic or other manufacturers and partners when it is
necessary to fulfill your request — for example, to confirm vessel
availability or to schedule a factory visit.
– **Legal requirements.** We may disclose information if required by law,
regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights,
property, or safety of Panacea Yacht Group, our customers, or others.
– **Business transfers.** If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing
due diligence, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part
of that transaction.
## 4. Meta Lead Ads — specific notice
If you submit information to us through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram,
Meta will pass the information you provide on the form to us. Meta’s collection
and use of your data is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy at
https://www.facebook.com/policy.php, in addition to this policy. You can review
and revoke your ad-platform permissions at any time in the Business
Integrations section of your Facebook account settings.
## 5. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality,
analytics, and marketing. We may use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and similar
tools to understand how our sites are used and to deliver more relevant
advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling
cookies may limit some site functionality.
## 6. Your choices and rights
– **Marketing emails.** Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

– **Text messages.** Reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out.

**California residents (CCPA/CPRA).** You have the right to know what personal
information we collect, use, disclose, or sell; the right to request deletion;
the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to opt out of the
sale or sharing of personal information; and the right not to be discriminated
against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or “share” personal

described in this policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, or
reporting requirements. Inquiry and lead records are typically retained for
up to seven years for tax and warranty purposes, after which they are
deleted or anonymized.

We use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards
to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access,
disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the
internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our websites and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe

## 10. International users
Our operations are based in the United States. If you access our services from
outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in,
and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to that
